The North Dakota Curriculum Initiative (NDCI) is a long-term professional development program for North Dakota public and non-public school curriculum administrators and teachers.

Session One: The “What” - Grand Forks

This is a series of connected seminars, though each session can stand alone. To register go to http://ndcurriculuminitiative.org. One graduate credit will be made available for each session through NDSU (pending). 

Session one includes the introduction to the framework of standards-based education, such as:
 Why schools need to change
 Understanding the components of the teaching/learning cycle
 Going deep on standards and benchmarks (The What)

Day One: 10:00am-3:30pm
Day Two: 8:30am-3:30pm
